One process. Fixed price. Three weeks.
We don't sell transformation programmes. We take the single worst repeated job in your business, replace it, and show you what it saved.
Cost it
Half a day on site with the people who do the job. We time the task, count how often it happens, and write down what those hours cost. You get that number whether or not you go ahead.
Build it
Two weeks. Built inside the systems you already run, so there's no new login and no training day. We show you working versions as we go, not at the end.
You approve
Every output lands in front of a person before it goes anywhere. Your team stays in control of the decision and loses only the typing.
Measure it
Thirty days later we take the same measurements again and compare them with the projection from step one.
The price, and the guarantee
Most consultancies make you ask. Ours is on the page because a four-figure job shouldn't need a three-month sales cycle.
The second half of the fee depends on a number, not on how you feel about the work. We write the projected saving into the audit before we build anything, then measure against it. Miss it and you don't pay the balance.
First automation, fixed, delivered in 21 days.
- To start £1,200
- On a measured saving £1,200
- If the hours don't move £0
- Support afterwards, optional £300/mo
- Team training, half day £295
Straight answers
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes admin off the people you already have, so their time goes to work that needs a person. Every business we've looked at has more work than hands; the problem is where the hands are pointed.
Do we need an IT department?
No. If someone owns your spreadsheets and your job system, that's enough. We work with the people who do the job today.
What happens to our data?
Nothing sensitive leaves systems you control, and we use business-grade tools with no-training clauses. We'll walk you through exactly where data goes before a line of code is written, and there's a written data processing agreement in place first.
What if it breaks after you've gone?
You own everything we build, with documentation written for a non-technical person. Monthly support is available and entirely optional — if you'd rather hand it to your own people, we'll help them pick it up.
How is this different from buying new software?
New software replaces your systems. We connect the ones you already have. For most businesses that's a tenth of the cost and a fifth of the disruption.
Why won't you build a chatbot?
Because we can't measure one in hours saved, and most businesses that buy one switch it off within a year. If people keep asking your team the same question, the fix is usually better information in the right place, not a bot in the corner of a web page.
Thirty minutes, no pitch
We'll look at one process with you and say honestly whether it's worth automating. If it isn't, we'll tell you, and you'll have lost half an hour.
- Owners and managers only — we need someone who can decide
- We'll ask what the business does and roughly how many people work there
- No follow-up sales calls if it isn't a fit
